Treatment Court, also known as "Drug Court," is a special program for defendants whose substance abuse problems have caused the defendant to be charged with one or more crimes. The program is designed to address the underlying substance abuse issues, while also serving as an alternative to jail time. If you successfully complete Treatment Court, your charges will be dismissed.

Mental Health Court, also known as "Specialty Court," is a special program for defendants who have a mental illness. Mental Health Court is designed to treat the defendant's underlying mental health issues, while also serving as an alternative to jail time.
