Expunge Your Record With First-Time Offender Programs

ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition) and Probation Without Verdict are programs for first-time offenders. If you qualify for one of these programs, and if you successfully complete it, you may be eligible to then have your record expunged — meaning that you will not have a criminal record at all!

The ARD program is most commonly used in DUI cases, but can also be used in certain other, low-level, non-drug-related offenses.
